STIF Grant Fund Opportunity
Applications are being accepted
by Basin Transit Service Transportation District for STIF public transportation
projects. Eligible projects include vehicles, facilities, technology,
operations (staff wages, fuel, maintenance) planning, project administration,
or similar type projects. Projects must provide public transportation services
for persons living in Klamath County.
Eligible parties include
county, cities, transportation districts, public or private agencies, Nonprofit
organizations, federally recognized Indian tribes, individuals or any of these
joined in cooperative agreements in Klamath County. Eligible applicants must be
able to demonstrate the organizational, financial, and managerial capacity to
administer a grant in accordance with federal, state, and local laws,
regulations, and requirements.
Successful applications will be funded for the biennium
beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2027.

5310 Grant Fund Opportunity
Applications are being accepted by Basin Transit Service
Transportation District for transportation projects benefiting the elderly and
people with disabilities. 5310 Projects must be for capital purchases, mobility
management, purchase services, or preventive maintenance for vehicles providing
public transportation services for the elderly and people with disabilities in
Klamath County.
Eligible parties include county, cities, transportation districts,
public or private agencies, federally recognized Indian tribes, individuals or
any of these joined in cooperative agreements in Klamath County. Eligible
applicants must be able to demonstrate the organizational, financial, and
managerial capacity to administer a grant in accordance with federal, state,
and local laws, regulations, and requirements.
